My name is Olivia but as you can probably tell I go by Liv. I am a Fashion Marketing graduate from Leeds Beckett University. I currently work at the popular high street retailer New Look as a Sales Assistant and Visual Merchandiser. During the week I work for Hermes Customer Service, just something to get some money in the bank. I am also a Body Shop at Home Consultant where I have a small business marketing and getting sales for The Body Shop At Home.

Through my studies at University I have discovered many interests and skills such as photography, video editing, digital illustrations and using CAD software (Photoshops, Illustrator, etc.) which all are a part of my bigger interests in marketing.

I'm the type of person who always has their phone to hand for taking pictures. Whether it's because I'm travelling or working on something new for Instagram.

​

At work I assist in floor moves to accommodate for seasonal trend changes and sale preparations. Working night shifts to ensure the store is ready for maximised sales is hard but it gives me the opportunity to express my love for fashion and styling through the way mannequins are dressed to the way the clothes are positioned on the floor.

Another part of my job is that I help run our store's Instagram page as a form of marketing. It is vital that we keep our customers up to date with current fashion news such as deals and sales to ensure that they stay loyal and that we are building a positive brand image. You can check that out here.
